What is MenuMax?

MenuMax is a simple-to-use, online back-of-house management solution. For one low monthly fee, MenuMax members get unlimited access to recipe costing, recipe nutrition analysis, and menu planning and organization.
Best of all, you don't need to download, install or configure any software or hardware. All you need is an Internet connection and a Web browser.

Who is MenuMax for?

MenuMax was designed specifically with foodservice operators in mind. (This broad category includes restaurant owners, professional chefs, hospital foodservice workers, caterers, school foodservice workers, and cooking school instructors.) We incorporated feedback from professional chefs and culinary educators while designing MenuMax’s intuitive user interface. But, MenuMax is also for casual food enthusiasts and anyone who wants to analyze the nutritional content of his or her recipes.

How much does MenuMax cost?

For a limited time, we are offering a 14-day free trial. After that, you will pay only $29.95 per month or $299 per year for unlimited recipe costing and nutrition analysis. Also, contact a MenuMax representative about special rates for lifetime memberships.

What payment methods do you accept?

MenuMax accepts MasterCard, American Express, Visa, Discover and PayPal. Please contact our sales department to discuss large volume purchases through alternative payment methods.

Can I prepay for 3-months, 6-months, a year?

I didn't get my registration e-mail. Where is it?

Check your Spam or Bulk Mail folders. It's possible that the registration verification e-mail we tried to send you was caught by a spam or bulk mail filter in your email. You can also add MenuMax to your address book or your filter's whitelist. If you still can't locate the e-mail visit our Support page or call us at 1-877-MenuMax (1-877-636-8629).

What is your refund policy?

Our refund policy is explained in detail on our Terms and Conditions page under the heading "Pricing and Payment".

Does MenuMax have banner ads?

MenuMax does not have any time-wasting, invasive advertising, such as banner ads or pop-ups because we know your time in the kitchen is valuable.

Are my recipes and menus private?

Unless you specifically choose to share a recipe or menu with another member of MenuMax, there is no way anyone else can see it.

What languages is MenuMax available in?

Currently, MenuMax is available in English only.

Can I use MenuMax to run my entire chain/multi-unit franchise?

What are the system requirements to use MenuMax?

MenuMax is web-based so you'll need an Internet connection. We support all major browsers which include Internet Explorer (7+), Firefox (3+), and Safari (4+). JavaScript must be enabled to leverage the full feature set of MenuMax. It is also recommended you have at least Acrobat Reader 7.0+ (for printing)
